A character first created by Daniel U in middle school, circa none-of-your-business. He's old, OK? The Green Genie dons the image of what was once referred to as an "Elf of Consequence" from a run of comic strips where, like the Greek & Roman gods, each Elf was assigned to some area of fate over humans. This is our first Serrano-only sauce, and consequently, it's our first Green sauce, as well. Serrano Honey Lime is quite a unique combo and works well in ceviche, and in about every kind of Mexican/southwestern dish.
