Kasai Teriyaki is a Hot Teriyaki sauce made with Carolina Reaper peppers and a unique handmade, hand-pressed ginger juice from fresh ginger. A long time ago MadDog brand hot sauce had discontinued a spicy teriyaki sauce, so I made my own so I could still enjoy the concept. And why not improve upon the recipe and ingredient quality while I'm at it? Fun Fact: Kasai is an appropriate word for an out of control fire
